- Executive Function Club: https://executivefunctionclub.carrd.co
- Run by Evan, this is a neurodivergent-led community that creates practical tools and quiet body doubling spaces for moments when your brain shuts down or you need quiet focus or calm structure. They offer a free Executive Function First Aid Kit to help you clarify what matters, choose one next step, and place it into your week using simple visual pages instead of long to-do lists. And they host twice-weekly, quiet YouTube body doubling sessions so folks can drop into structured focus even on low-capacity days.

- Virginia Bauman: https://pointofperformance.com
- Former founder-turned-founder coach who specializes in leaders with ADHD

- Dr. Choy and Yoonas are two Stanford-trained docs who used to run the Elite Focus Clinic, which specialized in diagnosing and treating high achieving folks with neurodivergence.
- Bay Area Center for ADHD: https://www.bayareaadhd.com/coaching.html
- Their specific focus is ADHD and since they're in the Bay, I imagine they talk with lots of high achievers, people in tech, and other founders. They have a range of types of clinicians (PsyDs, MFTs, LCSWs, etc.) which makes me think they'll be able to 'match' founders with the person best suited to their style and needs.

- Caroline Totah: https://carolinetotah.com
- She seems like a real expert! My sense is that she has lots of practical experience and can help resource founders with skills, thoughts, and tools they can use right now. I also like that it seems like she's creative and has a sense of humor - and that she's available in-between sessions which I think could provide helpful accountability.
